Cillan joined the Contracting PLUS Financial team in November 2024, bringing extensive experience from his previous role at Laya Healthcare. Since 2019, he has developed his expertise in customer care and retention, most recently serving as a Team Leader within the Customer Care department. Cillan is qualified with the APA insurance accreditation and holds a first-class honours degree in Business Management from Munster Technological University, completed in 2021.

Cillan’s goal is to build long-term relationships with clients by offering practical, informed advice that aligns with each individual’s unique financial situation.
