What Is the Programme?
This is Ireland’s first structured apprenticeship designed to address the shortage of qualified Financial Advisors by training the next generation from the ground up.
Over 24 months, you’ll:
✔︎ Work directly with experienced advisors in Life & Pensions
✔︎ Get hands-on experience in client prep, compliance, and support
✔︎ Study for and complete your QFA qualification with dedicated support
✔︎ Develop your career in a thriving and supportive team environment
